Every time we reach 500 orders, TULA will complete one meaningful Act of Care.

It might be support for people going through difficult circumstances, assistance for a community, or a contribution to an organisation doing meaningful work.

Each Act of Care may be different depending on where support is needed and what TULA is able to meaningfully provide at that time.

It doesn’t have to begin with something big.

Because sometimes, something small given with genuine care can mean a great deal to someone else.

If we say we’re going to do something meaningful, we believe you should be able to see that we followed through.

After each Act of Care, where appropriate, we plan to share details such as the cause or organisation supported, the type of support provided, when it happened, and acknowledgements or documentation where available.

But there is something even more important to us than showing what we have done:

The dignity and privacy of the people receiving support.

Not every act of kindness needs a photograph.

Not every person receiving help needs to appear on our website or social media.

We can share the action without turning someone’s difficult circumstances into content.

Because the purpose isn’t to show someone’s hardship.
